Muezzin has the lowest hockey IQ of any player I've ever seen. He has nothing but air between his ears.

Stoll was the worst I've ever seen in hockey IQ and game sense. But Muzzin is in the team picture for sure. So frustrating because at times he can be a brilliant all-star caliber player.

Probably better to leave those comments over there and not copy them over here. We post lots of stupid crap we don't want on other boards as well... They were complimentary for the most part...
the main board tonight is reminding me of just how cancerous leafs fans can be

probably a good point that we should stick to our own

MacDermid is up there. You see him on that 3 on 3 when Washington was attacking and instead of skate backwards he decided to turn around and skate forwards to the guy on the far wing instead of the guy in the middle of the ice?

I thought FORBORT and Folin played well together. I’m not seeing the numerous mistakes some same people are constantly posting. No one can be perfect, but overall, I was satisfied with the play of the D tonight. MacDermid pass on first goal was the play that was easy to make and he fed the Caps rather easy. The Kings forwards this year are bolting up the ice once we sense possession. It seems to be taking awhile for the chemistry of the transition offense to set in, but the Kings are getting better at it every game. Sure it leads to passes that are not completed that are further up the ice, but I would hardly begin to call these turnovers. The puck more times than not is safely out of the zone and way up the ice. It’s a 50/50 puck many times, further towards a dangerous area for the opponent. A turnover is a stupid 3 to 20 foot pass within your own zone that lands clearly on the other team’s stick in the middle of the ice in a scoring area. Many Kings D sometimes don’t complete a perfect outlet pass, but they also don’t get carried away and turn it over on a soft play up the middle. IMO

I thought the game was fun tonight. Brown had a good hit. Quick played well. Some newer players are starting to get more comfortable in their own skin but there's a learning curve. I'm willing to let things slide right now and not bitch about them. So I'll just enjoy the win.

This. Amazing how a healthy Gaborik back on the ice makes the whole team feel faster and think quicker.
And there were a few around here who said his legs were gone. Yeah last season wasnt good, but he could still skate. Seriously, some are just complaining for the sake of complaining.

I always read the GDT's the day after. If you didnt know the outcome of the last two games, you would think the Kings had lost those games.

Retook top in the division on the last day of November as well. Its the little things.

Awesome game. Only thing missing was seeing MacDermid put a dent in Tom Wilson’s face after he almost injured Doughty.

Small sample size, but it feels good to be a follower of Gaborik on Instagram. He was my top "No-Sutter" bounce back candidate and he looks the part so far. He's the second most skilled forward on this team: he's Marian f***ing Gaborik.

Just hope this is the fluke season when he stays healthy the rest of the way.

Also, they can stay on the road until next season. Exciting, back and forth hockey on the road and then 2016 hockey at home.

Anyone else think the hit by Oshie on Pearson was dirty? Guys have been suspended for less.
i mean it's a hit to the head all things considered.. i don't like those hits because they're very predatory in general but i don't see a suspension coming

Noooo kidding.

Not bad for a team that sucks, isn't a real contender, etc. etc. etc.

Can't help but feel like Quick bailed us out this game yet again. D needs to learn how to transition out of the zone WITHOUT turning over the puck 8 times in a row, or else we're going up crap creek when the opportune scoring drys up.

Gabby's playing really well. He looks like a man well rested after not playing for two years :sarcasm::sarcasm::sarcasm:

Gaborik could always score and was always incredibly skilled. He'll succeed no matter what system he plays in. His biggest problem is obviously his health. He'd probably score more not playing in Sutter's system but I bet if healthy he would've still scored 20-25 consistently under Sutter.
