I'm a fan of Tocchet but I think he's gotta nerf his coaching style a bit to better suit this team at the moment.

Feels like he's not meshing 100% right now with the guys and has gotta try and get some more offense out of the boys.

His #1 center is out, his #2 center is playing at like half capacity, and majority of the D-men kill any play once it touches their stick / can't make a good outlet pass consistently.

Garland’s constant use of going down on a knee is so strangely unique but really cool. Like that play to corral the breakout pass by putting his stick flat on the ice.

I was disappointed with what I saw from Pettersson in OT.

He didn’t look scary at all. In fact, it was his line that almost gave up the Thompson goal.

He looks to have snapped out of his (very long) slump, but he’s not even close to being the dangerous offensive force that he’s capable of.
