Because it's not even handed. How many goals have the Kings scored tonight?

So, this is the double-edged sword of the Kings "new and improved" system. Brown has a turnover at the opposing blue line due to trying to make a play into the middle instead of the safe play of keeping it on the boards.

Then of course Quick gives up another softie. Still though the turnover allowed Vegas an outnumbered attack with speed. Quick is going to see more quality shots this season, and if he isn't sharp the Kings are going to give up 3+ goals a game.

So damn Frustrating the Kings came out flat. You have to know Vegas is coming out hard, this is a team trying to legitimize their franchise to the NHL. They are going to play hard.
