It really has to be some sort of hernia/core/LBI for Kopitar. His puck skills and such are fine, it's his skating and puck protection that's so so so weak. Any body leaning into him is a turn over. He can't lean on two guys like normal. You don't just lose that in 3 months.

Kempe and Hagelin keep it going. Would like to see how Wagner looks with them, even Rempal.

Could also be out of shape after being satisfied with a career best effort in a bounce back season last year. Maybe he's just disinterested. Maybe it's a terrible slump.

Who knows with him. I know he had the wrist thing in 16-17, was he hurt in 14-15? I don't recall. Struggled in the 2013 playoffs, and publicly there was no injury. Started the 15-16 season with pretty much the same offensive numbers as this year. We probably thought he was hurt at the time. He moved fine in the SO last night. No guys hanging all over him, but he looked fine.
