He got hit in the head with a shot and initially looked like he might be out, that's always an immediate stoppage.

There was a game in 19-20 where we were trailing Colorado in the last minute and a slapshot hit JT Compher (? I think) in the head and he was lying on the ice bleeding and we scored several seconds later, and Colorado justifiably lost their minds. We don't often seem to get big reffing breaks but that was one of the more ludicrous I can ever remember.

So far, I feel like this has been a pretty good game for the Canucks so far. Not controlling the entire game but have had long stretches of dangerous chances and have keep the Kings chances to the outside.
agree.

blueger's always smart about not diving if he's the 3rd f and ensuring that there's someone to cover and you realize having him and heinen on the ice means there's basically two guys who never make those mistakes resulting in odd man rushes. it allows sherwood to do what he does.

my original assumption was that they'd move him down and put joshua there but now i'm thinking joshua is just going straight to pettersson's wing once healthy, and that means hoglander is on the 4th line
