It's just not a good lineup. Trust me, as an American hockey fan I'm used to watching some bottom of the barrel teams but this takes the cake.

Great game by Germany beating Canada for only the second time at the Worlds. Solid goaltending by Mattias Niederberger to shut down the Canadians especially when they were short handed on numerous occaisions.

half our roster could have been replaced with high level AHL guys. Not really sure why Bobby Lou didn’t go after guys who were familiar with the big ice surface. Luke Adam, Eric O’dell, etc
