Trocheck on the left wall... his shot is not nearly good enough to be in that spot, but I guess we don't have another right handed shot to put there. Yikes.
Fixing the PP is so obvious at this point. A few weeks ago, it was working. Go back to that. Kreider net front, Panarin left circle/low left point, Zibanejad bumper, Tarasenko right side half wall. You still have royal road to Panarin, you still have Zibanejad one timers from the bumper, Panarin and Zib can rotate in and out of the bumper to create mismatches to open royal road for Mika from the left circle, and you have a lefty shot on the right wall with a darn good shot who teams need to consider so they can't cheat to the weak side of the ice when Fox has the puck.
Meanwhile, that drops Trocheck to the second unit where he can play net front (where he is far better than bumper) and get involved in puck retrieval. Chytil is the best at getting open in tight coverage on that unit, so he can play bumper because his best asset is his speed which doesn't help during a set-up PP. Kane plays puck distributor and you give him Trouba at the point who gives him a one-time option (unfortunately he's still the best PP option besides keeping Fox out for 2 minutes). Laf plays on the opposite side and helps retrieve pucks and make plays, and can also set up Chytil in the middle. Trocheck takes the faceoffs, so Chytil and his 39% don't have to.
For all the hate I'm often accused of giving GG, this is my biggest issue is personnel. Stop screwing with the lines, and stop trying combos that didn't work the first 7 times "again." It's maddening, because just like Vigneault, he's a pretty good coach aside from this, but it's a pretty damning flaw. How much on ice evidence do you need to see to understand that Panarin-Kane or Panarin-Trocheck or Kreider-Tarasenko (at even strength) just isn't going to work??? Same thing with the PP. Trocheck in the bumper, and Kane-Panarin both need to go in the place where hockey put the two-line pass. Enough already.
