Rangers fans warned us about this bafoons behavior towards teammates. Now we see front row the hash slingling slasher at work.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-media-max-width="560"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Alexandar Georgiev hacks teammate Sam Malinski for the screen. Yeesh. <a href="X">#NHLJets</a> <a href="https://t.co/Q9FOf7gwgl">https://t.co/Q9FOf7gwgl</a> <a href="X">pic.twitter.com/EinxlzNAlo</a></p>&mdash; 𝘋𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘯 𝘉𝘢𝘶𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 (@DarrinBauming) <a href="">December 8, 2023</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Joe Sakic or the other dweeb GM didn’t “fleece” the Rangers. The Rangers knew exactly what kind of teammate they were getting rid of.

I remember an earlier game where this idiot shot Byram with the puck and the puck almost went into the back of his own net. he didn’t even turn back to his net to get set up, he just sat there digging his head into his hands.

Guys a bit of a mental head case

There's a reason other Ranger players didn't even follow him on Instagram, yet Tony DeAngelo was still attending their weddings after he was off the team. I don't get the people acting like this is no big deal, it may not have been likely to cause injury but it's still pretty rare to see players attacking their teammates like that. Especially considering he's also punched a teammate in the face before. This is the same guy who would pout on the bench and just skate by Shesterkin at the end of games when everyone else is giving hugs or head taps, and who in an interview when asked about how great things are going for the Rangers when they were the hottest team in the league and he responded things aren't going too well because he's not playing enough.

Worst part is probably the fact that the guy he's slashing over a bad screen, is literally a rookie who's played a whopping 3 NHL games in his career. Georgiev is a POS.

Looks more like a it's ok tap?
It's somewhere between this and the thread title.

It was a tap calling him out for the screen. Douchey move especially when it's a rookie. You know he wouldn't do that to MacKinnon or Makar if they screened him.

I have a feeling that Georgiev and JT Miller were best buds on the Rangers.

It was a tap, not a slash. Similar to the ones the Avs commit Divealanches on nearly every game. If that was the opposing goalie, Malinski does a back flip after that tap.
