I was a big Georgiev supporter. First year he was good, then the 2nd year he started to decline, but I was defending him, was blaming the defense for most of the losses. This year I couldn’t defend him anymore. Between his bad play and being a dick to teammates and throwing sticks after allowing a goal, he made it impossible to show support

Ok, saw it now. But it is just one incident. I have seen Rantanen snap at team mates before. He has quite a temper. I also saw the clip where Georgie wacked Malinski. I’ll admit that it does not look good, but it falls below the threshold of evidence for me. It qualifies as indications, but not evidence.

Sure, there's always heads butting in any locker room--in fact I'd be worried about a locker room where there wasn't any verbal sparring from time to time. That said, where there's smoke, blah blah blah, and there has been a LOT of smoke, especially for an organization as secretive as the Avs.

Mikko's a hot head too. He snaps at teammates, officials, even his best friend's dad. He doesn't back down about it afterwards either. Good teams have players that don't get along all the time too.

Mikko also said he was happy for George after/during(?) a game a few days before he was traded too.

Probably a safe bet George didn't have a great relationship with his teammates, but whether that's mostly due to his inward personality being hard to click with, versus just hating him is unclear.

It’s ok to be a hot head, sometimes arguing with friends or teammates behind closed doors and stuff, but when you slash a teammate during a game when millions of people watching, I think that’s going overboard, specially when the player Georgiev slashed was Malinski who’s a rookie. That’s just a no no

Definitely agree. I didn't like it at all.

Practice, maybe, but during a game in front of a giant crowd, and TV audience is really bad.

I'll just say this once and then peace out... would be nice to see Mikko snap at players on the other team more instead.

Maybe this bloke Georgiev was trying to tank our team on purpose. Who knows the truth. Is he really that bad. Maybe he wanted to be traded to a different team all along especially how happy he seemed to be in the Sharks locker room.
