Man, if there was ever a thought about replacing Mougenel, last night would have been a great time to do so. Blowing that big of a lead late in the game. I attribute it to two things - playing a small set of players way too much throughout the game so in the crunch they just don’t have the umph needed to finish strong, and playing the wrong guys in the final minutes, ie Brazeau.

It's such a weird situation. You have the Bruins selecting the coach and the GM, and stocking the roster, but a separate owner. Do the Bruins care about whether the PBs win? How much does J. Affred Prufrock care about winning and butts in the seats and to what extenet does he have influence on what happens? Are the Bruins asking Mougenel to do what he is doing in terms of development, ice time etc. and are happy with his decisions because it fits their bigger picture goals?

How has Regula been? Just looking at his stats doesn’t look like much for offense, but see he is a +9. I feel like the Bs could use a big tough RH D. Any potential there?
There's potential so you never know but thus far he's meh to me

I think Regula has been very solid and one of their best D, he’s just not an overly offensive player and his lack of points should not be a big factor on how he’s performed. I’m sure many would say the same thing about McLaughlin - how does a guy that plays 25 mins per game have these stats:
17GP, 3G, 0A, 3PTS, minus 1?!
Kuntar has 2G, 4A and is plus 3 in 17G with nowhere near that ice time and an even crazier example is Hall, he has 2G, 3A and is plus 4 in 8 games and is lucky to get 8 mins a game.
I’d love to see more of Kuntar, Hall and Brunet - I think they’ve all earned more minutes but in order to give them the earned minutes they’d have to takeaway unearned minutes from McLaughlin, Brazeau, Boqvist, Richard, Toporowski, and every D man for Brunet. I think Brunet is a gem and deserves more!

Not being a wise ass but do they have full time asst. coaches? Are they working on skills with the younger players or running PP practice with vets? Any word on the vets whining about being in AHL, like Boqvist?

Really surprised at how out of place Harrison looks but to be fair, he’s still only 20 and needs a little help from the coaches to put him in situations where he can be successful. Tonite appears to be that first chance at playing higher up in the line-up. Two more periods to shine.
Any reason why Kuntar isn’t getting to play up in the line-up? Feel like he’s deserving.

From the reports i’ve seen since he got drafted, and from limited viewings, Harrison has a very bad coasting habit and is very bad defensively.

Haven’t watched Prov at all this year—is this the case?
