Can Lohrei and Mast even play in the playoffs if they sign? I thought they had to be on the playoff roster that was set a few weeks ago.

Unless they changed the rules since last season they can. Murkulov, Beecher, and McLaughlin (maybe more), all played postseason games for Providence last postseason

wonder if the B`s will call a few players up who deserve a game before the end of the year with the big club? Merkulov? Toporowski? Lysell?

why if Providence is a playoff team as well......folks keep forgetting that once you pass March and the TDL you're limited to 4 moves from there on until the season ends.... unless it's an injury replacement, which is allowed.... one of those moves likely was Lauko, so you're down to 3 recalls potentially unless Hall or Foligno return

I actually feel bad for JD Greenway. Got his butt handed to him, again.

Who thought it was a good idea to make him the team’s enforcer this year?

I’m predicting a comeback win, 4-2.

--Beecher was excellent tonight. Was making things happen on practically every shift. If only he could play like that more often.
-- Lysell was OK. The goal was a nice move and he scored in the SO. His strength on the puck and defensive game still needs improvement.
-- Toporowski showed good effort on his goal. They really missed him.
-- Merkulov had some nice stick handles and hit a crossbar.
-- This was Bowers' best game as a P-Bruin...but he has no business getting PP or OT ice time.
-- Greenway made a nice play to force a turnover and set up Asselin's goal. His days with Providence are probably numbered but I give him credit for the effort...switching from D to F, willing to drop the gloves (when that is clearly not his strength), generally playing well in limited role/ice time.
-- Didier: woof
-- Stralman wasn't much better.
