According to the broadcast team no-one is knocking on the door from providence, no prospects

I haven’t watched any p Bruin games but why isn’t the leading point getter for the P bruins not getting any love? He looked good preseason and bruins could use his speed.

I considered him as well. He has probably earned a look. He is one of the top players in the league.

No. Poitras is fine. Plus/minus is a silly stat for individual evaluation.

Merkulov with a PP assist. He has 30 points in his last 30 games.
Poitras with a PP assist (same play). He has 20 points in his last 23 games.

Lysel and poitras look really good. They stand out to me.

Poitras has nice hands. is fast. He has really good edges. Has good hands. He shakes off defenders with relative ease. He is really good at making smart passes. He has a nice one timer. Sneaky good shot. He is really good at using his stick in the passing lanes. Poitras is the best player in providence.

Lysell has blistering fast speed. Elite skating. He can shoot and gets the puck up ice really well. He is also really good at shooting and passing.

These two players are doing really well for their age. Most the players in the ahl that can put up points at the rate these two have been are a lot older. I went through some stats the other day
