Champions Again
Alright guys lets keep shift the focus back to covid and away from right vs left politics.
Who's worse, people passing something that they know will never become law or people not passing something that they know will never become law?The dems passed the heros act in May, 7 months ago. The senate has not done a thing because they insist that corporations have ZERO liability for endangering workers lives. Your comment "bailouts for leftist state and local governments who mismanaged their public employee pension benefit programs" is a right wing talking point. LMAO leftist bailouts? I guess your 'info source' has failed to remind you that Blue states fund this country and Red states are a liability. Red states are the taker states. You are a foot soldier for the fascists, congrats.
My shit has peanuts.Who's worse, people passing something that they know will never become law or people not passing something that they know will never become law?
It's like comparing your shit to mine.
Mine has almonds. And everyone knows almonds are better than peanuts. My shit has peanuts.
I like my candy bars like I like my women. Almond Joys got nuts, Mounds don'tMine has almonds. And everyone knows almonds are better than peanuts.
More bullshit.
If there was a demand, it would exist.
Even if AA went bankrupt , if there was a demand it would have started right back up .
Liberal people are just as easy to corral. the Republicans were just better at it over the last few decades
Actually no, thats not how it works. its a shame civics was slashed from our education decades ago.Who's worse, people passing something that they know will never become law or people not passing something that they know will never become law?

Humanity in a nutshell:Mine has almonds. And everyone knows almonds are better than peanuts.
I find it somewhat amusing that the same people that use socialism as a pejorative buzz word are endorsing the government borrowing trillions of dollars for "stimulus". That's a fancy word for redistribution of wealth. The hypocrisy is not all that surprising. I didn't get a stimulus check nor did I want one. But I'll get my fair share of the debt liability. I also get to absorb the inflation from the deficit spending. Welfare is socialism but stimulus is what exactly? Stimulus is only necessary because so many people in this country weren't prepared for an emergency.
At the end of the day, I'm ok with the stimulus but I do think it's incredibly hypocritical of Trump and Republicans to lament socialism and social programs along with running massive deficits. The deficit went up all four years under Trump and that's mostly due to increased discretionary spending. This is same guy who spent Obama's eight years screaming about the spending. Hell, the first two years he was in office he had a Republican congress and spending increased which led to the largest deficit since 2012. They did this on record tax receipts. There is not a single fiscally responsible politician in Washington. How can you keep straight face when Mr. Tea Party himself (Mulvaney) gets on national television and makes the comment "deficits don't matter"? It's outrageous!

US gvmt 101: The house passes a bill and sends it to the senate. The senate takes up the bill for a vote. They either pass it or make changes. If there are changes it is sent back to the House for a vote on the changes. rinse and repeat. The Senate did nothing. The senate is responsible for the lack of a COVID response.
this puppy's been a done deal for months nowRespecting kingsboy11's (aka EF Hutton) wishes and getting this back to the Rona

We in deep shit fam. I think the lockdowns roll in to Mid January or Early Feb
That only works when you have people willing to compromise. There's that time when the Speaker was unwilling to make a deal talking directly with the White House. So no, the Senate sending a different bill back to the House would not have made one bit of a difference and we'd be sitting and arguing the same thing.Actually no, thats not how it works. its a shame civics was slashed from our education decades ago.

8 animals? Learned something new
There are also D's in the Senate. They have moved to block Republican proposals started in the Senate.
Both sides have been unwilling to compromise: especially prior to the election.
Cows, goats, sheep, LT Dan’s mom... that’s all I got.8 animals? Learned something new
I’m tofu intolerant, but you don’t see anyone tryin’ to make a tofu substitute out of beef.i'm lactose intolerant :[
sorry god
The senate has rules. Only the majority leader can bring bills to the floor to vote. Mitch did no such thing.
Link an article about the Dems stopping the COVID relief in the senate.
