Can they make an epic comeback? Odd, when Boston outplays us is when we get our best chances. Maybe this bodes well for us?

Honestly, though, not that we didn't know this, but Boston is the better team. We seemed to elevate our play last game but it doesn't seem like it's a level of play we can sustain. It's like when you see two prize fighters, where one is far better than the other, and the weaker fighter has his moments but, ultimately, just can't sustain the pace (i.e., it takes a lot of effort for the weaker fighter to match the better fighter and he eventually tires and then it's lights out). Maybe that's what we're seeing here?

At any rate, Boston clearly deserves this one. We're going to need freak luck to pull this off.

And tonight, the same for Subban.

Again I will ask.

Subban is supposed to score for the Habs. He isn't.

Why doesn't he get blame? It it a fanboy status that he is beyond criticism so that a player who no one expects to score gets the whipping boy treatment?

What about all of our top scorers in the playoff? They get a pass and Prust gets blamed.

But yeah, I do get some enjoyment from reading unhinged delusional and irrational posts like yours. Great comedy.

You don't seem to get it. It's not normal to get pinned in our zone every time he is on the ice. It has nothing to do with him being expected to score goals. He holds everybody around him down and kills the break out. Btw no one is defending our supposed top line. They have been absolutely atrocious.

habs are like a monkey who is watching the reflections of the moon on the lake, he thinks he is close to the stanley cup, yet he is years away from it.

wake up habs.

pacioretty will score 2 in the 3rd...

Delusion. Boston will go 1-2-2 and eliminate the Habs speed, which means no breakaway opportunities. Not much space given in the O-zone, so no one timers. And Pacioretty isn't interested in parking himself near the net or sustaining play in the O-zone so his linemates can make a feed for him near the net. He doesn't score many goals in other ways. These are the primary ways he scores, and Boston is built to eliminate him completely.

When the opposing team keys on your best player, others have to step up. Crosby has one goal, Krejci has no goals this series. 20 guys playing their best against 20 other guys playing their best. PK is a difference maker but he needs help.

Subban doesn't have to score to be effective. Even on his worse games he's a thousand time better than Murray. I don't know what you're trying to insinuate. Murray sucks, get over it. We need more toughness but Murray is far from being the answer.

One thing for sure, we'll see what our leaders are made of, including our goalie. Just hope crap players don't ruin it for us. That's what scares me.

I was actually pretty optimistic this morning, and I was really positive by about 6:29 pm. The second I heard the lineup changes....I don't think I've felt so down about a game before it's even started.

What good is Murray? really? Will he score a few goals when you're trailing? no. Will you put him on the ice to defend a lead? no.

What good is Prust? Can he defend a lead? not with his busted ribs. Will he score a goal? maybe in an alternate universe.

The way Bourque is playing, I dump DD this summer and shift Galchenyuk to center. You can rebound in the playoffs but you need a certain game to play in the playoffs. He's never had it.

Subban's not having the best game. BUT he did get pissed and elevate his play, he's trying. There's only so much one man can do. I wish Patches and Vanek would do the same, though.

Every word...and on the NBC broadcast you would swear they are all were having sex with with their favorite Bruin after the game.

I've got it on mute.

After the loud audible scream from Pierre expressing his sexual fulfillment watching the Bruins score goal number 3, I couldn't take it.

Seeing Pierre smoking a cigarette between the glass afterwards was also a Tad bit disturbing.

PK has already won us two games.

What else can you ask of your star player? Win all four games for us? Suppose you can ask for it, but at that point it just goes to show you how bad your team is if you're relying on one player to win it for you.

Subban is our only game breaker.
