Sorokin is yet again proving he is not a big game goalie. This has been shown time and time again in Rags games and playoff games, he comes up small. His play tonight is embarrassing and just unacceptable. The team is outplaying the Rags and every single chance they get ends up in our net. Up 19-9 in shots and losing 4-1, including at least 2, probably 3 horrendously weak goals. Every single big game Sorokin gets outplayed by the opposing goalie.

If Sorokin was in the Rags net we would have 4-5 goals already with these chances.

We are losing because of Sorokin and because Shesterkin is making saves Sorokin cannot make. Sorokin has only beat Shesterkin twice in all of their head to heads. That is a bad look when you think about how good goalies like Varly and Halak were against them.

That does not change that Sorokin has come up small. He is not worth the contract he is being paid. Guy has not stolen a single playoff game in his time here and he is regularly outplayed by the opposing goalie.
