Malkin is the most stable owner we have had. If that makes him the best, ok, but that only speaks to how low the bar is for this franchise. Until he cuts out the wound that is Lou he is just about as bad as the rest in his own way. And even if he does it tomorrow it doesn't excuse how long he has let this fester, what that has cost and what he has allowed to happen in Bridgeport.
