Everyone should be on the table. There is no reason to keep anyone. No one on this team has shown to be irreplaceable. They have to move some of this old core out. They are way to comfortable with losing.

Yeah still blown away he made that comment. Anyone who has watched this team knew it was one of their biggest issues

Yes the shitty PP comes down to talent but here’s some other observations.

Nearly all the Isles players are too far away from the net. Those with the puck are typically moving laterally or backwards and the same goes for those receiving a pass on the PP. No one receives the puck facing the goal or skates with the puck aggressively with an intent to pass or shoot. Those decisions are also painfully slow which allows the Dmen to block shots and passing lanes.
