CholoCop will come out when Romanov is healthy, they haven’t had had issue running one on the RD on their offside IMO.

They're not the elite of the league, but taking 3/4 against Buffalo, Pittsburgh, and Ottawa and only expectedly losing to the NYR with this iteration of the lineup gets credit where credit is due from me.

Long way to go but nice to see a little bit of fight. Still think the team should be blown up though. But every dog has its day I suppose.

George looks good...

What a change from the George I seen playing with London. Seems he looks better when playing with better players who know where to be. In Junior he just didn’t use his skating like he’s doing now. Totally impressed !
Thought he would take 3 or 4 years and wasn’t sure he would even make it then based on the handful of junior games I watched. Hope he continues to trend upward.

Isaiah George has been a revelation. If he keeps playing the way he’s been playing I could see Mile Reilly getting Wally Pip’ed.

George looking like he’ll stay up, hopefully Romanov is back soon, seen enough of Cholo and Hutton
I’m ok on Cholo, he’s been fine but he’s playing eight minutes for a reason. Hutton was really good recently but same idea, I like him as a seventh for 14 minutes.

But now Reilly might be the 7th so who cares.

Bo Horvat has 7 points in his last 4 games. Before that, he had 5 points in 10 games.

He must have just gotten hot after a slow start.
I didn't like the way Horvat looked with Barzy this season. He played with no energy and just floated around the middle waiting for Barzy to feed him the puck for a one timer. Ever since Barzy got hurt, he's been playing more aggressive and all over the ice. He could drive his own line. Put Barzy on his own line with Duclair when they're healthy. It seems to be working with Lee and Pageau, both physical guys who keep the puck in the zone.

Horvat was being stimied by Barzal just as you noticed. He was waiting on Barzal, whereas now he’s playing his game vs reacting to someone else’s. It’s noticeable and while the 1-2 combo of those two can be sexy at times, it’s too predictable to the opponent and Horvat’s overall effectiveness declines.

I’m glad this is happening under Roy so he can see the major difference. It happened under Lambert but Horvat just joined the team.
