Matt Vensel of the Post Gazette was on with Mark Madden earlier today. He mentioned a conversation with Ryan Graves where Graves said that the Penguins have more structure than his previous stops in Colorado and NJ, and that there's been an adjustment period.

Makes me wonder if the system is actually too complex and guys get caught thinking instead of just playing naturally.
