Well that's one loss nobody can be disappointed with. The Canucks went toe to toe with, if not outplayed, one of the best teams in the league and got a point out of it.

Hopefully we get the 2 points tomorrow in Columbus.

I am so upset about losing the shootout.

Everyone on the team sucks.

I blame Luongo 100% for this loss which, once again, I am deeply depressed about.

We should all stress over losing the shootout, because shootouts are important.

Shoot out line-up should involve Santorelli, Burrows, Schroeder (un-injured of course) and Richardson.

Those are some of the worst shootout attempts ever. No way they can win a shootout like that

As depressing as it is to lose a game they probably deserved to win, they played really well in a tough building against a hot team. Carried the flow of play despite a wide disparity in PP time and only ended up dropping a point in the circus.

Pretty happy with today's effort.

Oh well Luongo stole us a point. SO's are just a gimmick anyway, we hung with a top eastern team for 65 mins. The team seems to be coming together on this road trip.

Can't believe Torts goes with Edler and Kes over Richardson "Mr. S-handed" goal scorer. Also would have liked to have seen Kass given a try.

Santorelli, Edler, and Kesler...really? :help: I don't blame the coach: the canucks really have no shootout specialists right now. With Raymond and Burrows gone the canucks really have nobody to go to.

Meh. We just don't have any good shooters other than Santorelli (and Burrows who is injured). Criticizing Edler and Kesler is silly because they actually probably have the highest shootout percentage of all the players available.

I have no idea if the stats will actually bear this out, but my feeling is that Edler and Kesler amassed the bulk of that percentage in the early days of the shootout and have been ice cold ever since. Again, probably not true, but it feels that way.
