Hasn't this been Kakko for a while though? As much as we hated Quinn, he did turn Kakko into a responsible player. The downside is, he's not taking that many risks anymore, and usually those are what might turn into goals...

If you want to call Kakko a bust as a top-line player that maybe warranted, but he's going to make a hell of an NHL career just by being a defensive posession forward, even if he scores 0 points per season.

He has been very solid basically all year; it’s a joy to watch. Also, I’d say Jacques Martin (rather than Quinn) was responsible for KK’s development. He does, after all, have an impressive track record with youngsters.
