I am once again asking for Kasper hat trick and a regulation loss. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Another year down and while this year was disappointing with the talent level on the team I was under the impression that they would be much worse. I am very glad that Uncle Fester was finally fired. I am encouraged by the talent in the youth. I really hope we spend money wisely this summer. Overall I had a lot of fun this year and look forward to next season. Last game 7-0 Wings.

Lets get all of our guys their stats so they can all feel good to end the season while the fans all feel like shit. Stat padding and no accountability.

Does this game have any impact on the Wings draft position/lottery odds, or is that already baked? It directly impacts how I will choose to enjoy the last game of the season.

"People often claim that the US Army's Tank Destroyer doctrine in world war 2 was a failure; that by the time the United States was fully in the field, the era of large-scale German armor attacks - in the ETO, at least - was already almost over, and so the concept of a highly-maneuverable, lightly-armored, and heavily-gunned "tank destroyer" useful on the defense against massed panzer formations was outdated. The tank destroyer was simply an inferior and unnecessary concept compared to the tank.

That overly-simplistic analysis overlooks two factors: 1) the concept itself was sound, it was just a little too early - in the 1950s it was indeed validated by the advent of small, mobile infantry teams in light vehicles with relatively cheap antitank missiles. And 2) the tank destroyers did bring their mobile guns to the battlefield and could often find utility in roles beyond their "seek, strike, and destroy" original mission. No GI on the front lines cared if the guns destroying bunkers and acting as medium-range artillery for him were attached to a tank or a tank destroyer, as long as the booms kept happening.

So as the Wings' season closes out tonight, those fans bemoaning the lack of a "tank" in these last few games should take comfort in the fact that wins, like tank destroyers, have a utility beyond the score sheet, and remain useful things to have all on their own.

- Plausible Keats"

I believe we could draft 14 if we win tonight, I don't really care, it's not top 5 or even 10. Expect Yzerman will pick someone projects late first
