Loved the Lysell pickpocket play and the Farinacci finish. But every finish needs a beginning and Minten starts by breaking up the play in the neutral zone, making a purposeful chip along the boards to Lauko instead of just rimming it in deep. Then he stays "above the puck" noting both his wingers are down low. Sees the chance to keep the forecheck going and takes the body in the corner and the weak clear goes to Lauko and then the finish. No point for Minten but he gets a gold star from the teacher. Berube was right about this kid, thinks the game like a vet.
I love how Lauko rushes in to grab the puck for him.
