Post-Game Talk: GAME 82 - HIBERNATION BEGINS with a costly overtime loss

Isn’t Frondell a type of cheese
You must be thinking of another type of cheese

Love the comments Morgan had towards Pasta!

The highlight for me tonight was Farinacci scoring that first NHL goal. Loved the big smile on his face and also all of the other players who were so happy for him.

Looking forward to the schedule for next season coming out.

I will watch some of the other playoff games.

GO LINUS!!!!

That is a ridiculous stat for being the 4th worst team in the league, especially when you look at Lohrei
I am still mystified by this. Even if you take away most of the EN goals. He is stilll a plus 8 or 9. He was directly responsible for about 1 goal a game on average imo. Even with Mac and with improved play in parts of the second half, I still do not know how he did it....

Another season in the books. My 48th as a Bruins fan. Only my 8th DNQ. I have gone from calling sportsphone at 5am to see if they won on the west coast and reading day old box scores to see if they won two days before, to being able to watch 70 plus games a year...pretty cool. Growing up as an out of state hockey fan was hard back in the olden days

Loved the Lysell pickpocket play and the Farinacci finish. But every finish needs a beginning and Minten starts by breaking up the play in the neutral zone, making a purposeful chip along the boards to Lauko instead of just rimming it in deep. Then he stays "above the puck" noting both his wingers are down low. Sees the chance to keep the forecheck going and takes the body in the corner and the weak clear goes to Lauko and then the finish. No point for Minten but he gets a gold star from the teacher. Berube was right about this kid, thinks the game like a vet.

The big smile on ALL of his teammate's faces was a blast to see.

As bad as this season has been there are some positives in some of these kids.

and Pasta...Good lord.....pulling off the season he had on this team PLUS stepping up his leadership at the same time.

Also, I was happy to see the fans, knowing the season was over, cheer on the Bs. They realized that it wasn't the young player's fault. It was fun to see.

I did not see the "Shirts off their backs" ceremony at the end but I heard when Pasta took his off this was underneath.

Honestly, Pasta was so happy for the young players but was not smiling much. He looked sad last night. When asked how he was physically feeling he said good but ready to keep playing hockey.

David is about as humble as any player I have ever seen over the many years there. I don't believe he sees himself as superman.

So it will either be Frondell or Desnoyer.... not bad
Have to see who is available when they we pick . I want Desnoyers , (if picking at 5) but think the Flyers may as well. What I know is who ever they pick should help in the future. Just happy they should be picking a good prospect. 🤞they make a pick that helps for many years

It's very clear to me, he doesn't like the losing and I really don't think, he wants to go through another season like this one!. IMO

No, of course he doesn't. Hopefully they can get him some help for next season. They had better sign Geekie because I am quite sure if they don't Pasta will NOT be happy.
