CBJ should do more in this area ie exhibition games

I think the Avs have first dibs on exhibition games at the Q (their farm team plays there) and they don't seem interested.

By the way, I've always been amazed that the CBJ couldn't get an AHL affiliate in Cleveland or Cincinnati. (The Cleveland half of this is admittedly a long story).
