I don't think coaching can fix it. When Chytil is their best 5on5 forward it's seems more of a player deficiency to me.

We have a player deficiency for being an elite, Cup winning team.

But we have enough talent to be way better on offense and at 5v5. That’s on the coach.

Odd comparison considering that Stepan had a stellar career as a ranger and was piling points as a 21 year old rookie. If you had to compare Laf and Stepan at this stage of each of their careers, Stepan was a superior player.
