I still can't believe we are not in da playoffs. Today's game is crucial. It's a 4 point game. A measuring stick game. The game where team has to give 200%. Nos excuses!!!
Wrong!! Philly got destroyed by Anaheim so we are back in DA PLAYOFF!!!

However we can’t let our foot of the gas, we need to win tonights game to further cement our spot in Da Playoff. Monday’s game against Vegas will be hard to win so it’s imperative we win tonight.

Sean Moneyhands has 6 pts in 7gp and the Habs were given a 1st round pick for their troubles, now that's a sexy stat!

They don't have a clear starter. Montembeault's play last year muddied the picture in that he played better than Allen. Before that, Allen was the #1.

Now they have already ran three goalies in the first seven games, and theres no definitive answer which way they are going, although I think it has generally been assumed around here that Monty would have the opportunity to get more starts than Jake. He's the younger guy, and at least shows some promise, so it only makes sense for a team in rebuild mode.
Allen if healthy is the #1 185-150 in his career and a .924% save percentage in the playoffs he has been a proven nhl starter...Monty and Primeau have proven nothing in the nhl.
