This is a funny team. We can go on a 10 game winning streak and looking like cup contenders to suddenly looking like an average ahl team.

Only thing that gives me hope right now is that. When they feel like playing they will show up. I am hoping that is the case.

How we get consistently outworked is very concerning and coach doesn't seem to be able to motivate them. Hopefully will change for playoffs or its going to be very quick.

Even a loaded TB team had guys like Coleman, Goodrow, Cernak, etc. stepping up into big roles, as well as all their top guns actually playing well. The Rangers are one of those rare teams that are consistently LESS than the sum of their parts. This roster should be in business. Similarly, we’re a case of looking worse than the record indicates. You hear a lot about teams who deserved better results than their record indicated and lost some tight games, etc. We’re the opposite.

Kakko hasn't shown any growth all season and very little from last year. With Fil locked up, he's easily the least essential between him Laf and KAM. Especially if Othmann comes out swinging next year.
