This has been a bugbear of mine since the cap was introduced. We have the resources to be the absolute tip of the spear regarding training and support, yet we seem just cruise by. Dolan was happy to spend bonkers $$ onshit teams during the Dark Ages, but can't invest in off-ice support once the cap comes in?

Issue is we have people that are tenured Sather Stooges.

Maybe they finally realize he Is not NHL ready yet in the top 6. He looks lost. He should just be a agitator/tough guy type. He would have a better NHL career right now and more fun to watch
