We are a team that has lived and died on our top PP unit, and not just you, but plenty of people out there saying that we should thrust him into a PP1 position that he has no business being in, whose chemistry is amazing right now, and in the same sentence talk about confidence building 70+ games into the season for a player going on his 3rd year in the NHL.Im not saying he is either. Im just trying to give you the logic behind the move. The idea is to get Laf going and in doing so make the 3rd line more valuable in the playoffs.
Obviously I know Copp and Vatrano would be next in line.
