That's interesting. It was my fear with this format that we would end up with #2 vs #5 in round 1, because I thought the Pacific would be so much stronger than the Central after STL and CHI, but COL proved me wrong.

Not quite. Ducks would be bumped down to 4th with Colorado in the #3 spot as a division leader. So it would be Kings vs Avs and Ducks vs Blackhawks.
