Those lines look great. Just need a good effort and the Kings can make up for the last time they met the Pens. GO KINGS!

Can't keep a $5.75m, top 3 team scorer, on the fourth line forever. I'm sure he got the message, and he's been producing.
 
Not overly thrilled with the lineup change. I understand King is out due to personal reason, but Sutter could have kept Toffoli on the RW, but who knows...
 
Doughty, on playing against Sidney Crosby:
He’s a great guy off the ice. He’s a great leader, obviously an unbelievable player, the best player in the league. So it’s not going to be an easy job for me tonight. It’s going to be tough. I’m going to have to shut him down, keep him off the score sheet. I don’t think too many teams have done that this year. So I have a big job ahead of me. Glad Nolan is back in... Crosby has to deal with Brown, Clifford, Nolan, Rehger, and Voynov has been thrown it around to, Nice hip check from Doughty would be nice. Gonna be a long night for the kid.

I think the Line up is solid on paper.

But I think they should give richards another game or 2 on the fourth line to really get him going down the stretch.
 
#askneal if you could go back in time and play with any player in history, which one would you knee in the face?
 
The Penguins are going to be fired up after their last game. This team needs to stay out of the penalty box, but I won't hold my breath.
 
OK... Brown/Stoll need to step it up. I want to see another double hooking minor called. That was just epic watching the replay .. yup they were both hooking Malkin.. good call... :laugh:
 
I wish the Kings employed the second wave attack mentality more often. It's so lethal.
 
The reason I get so resentful when people call te Kings boring was in full display right there.

I turn on my tv and the first thing I see is five penguins sitting in the neutral zone waiting with no forecheck.
 
Is it just me, or is Clifford a lot more active around the net tonight than usual, at least for the first 10 minutes of the game?
 
Pens defense is easy to take apart. They swarm the puck on defense, the Kings need to move the puck quickly and throw it on net fast and just crash, there will be some really open areas. They don't have a formation necessarily on defense it's pure swarm the puck, if the Kings move it fast and quickly shoot it. They will get some great chances and rebounds to an open guy.
