They have plenty of talent to beat this bolts team- the problem is what that talent isn't doing with their icetime.

They have plenty of talent to beat any team on any given night, but the same applies for almost every other NHL. It averages out over the season and the reason why we are currently on the bubble of making the playoffs is because the talent on this team is the one of a fringe playoff-team, just like the last 2 years.

It is what it is. Of course making it would be nice after what happened in the past 2 years, but it doesn't help much if they get slaughtered by the #1 seed, anything else would be a shocker.
Still 3 wasted rebuilding years. They should have shipped every veteran except Bergeron. They would be much better off in terms of talent/salary cap if they had done that.
