I won’t be surprised if Trouba runs around like an idiot looking for his pound of flesh, which can benefit us. I also won’t be surprised when he manages to land one and mess one of our guys up. Good money on Zib. Either way, this is basically this team’s last stand. Play like shit tonight and we genuinely ought to just lose out. Had a Hazy Little Thing on the way home from work, going to have a bourbon or two, and I have one more HLT for during the game. Wish it wasn’t so late.

The button we do need is one that transforms Jones into a competent defender the second the puck leaves the O-zone, unfortunately no such thing exists.

If Trouba does anything stupid tonight, it's because he sometimes does stupid things. The drama from the start of the year and how he got traded shouldn't have anything to do with it.... Are people thinking the former captain is looking to injure a former teammate out of spite for the GM? If something happens, and maybe it does, I just want to get it straight that it's Trouba being Trouba. Stupidity, not spite.

By the way, would be interesting irony if he did something that gave the Rangers a needed spark.
