And better puck handling/passing. Savard carries the puck like a grenade at times.Reinbacher is basically Savard but with great skating.

His offensive numbers are actually top tier when you dig deeper. He has one less 5v5 point than Matheson while playing ~30 games less. The last two years before, he ranked around the mid-range top pairing Ds at 5v5. He also has some of the heaviest defensive deployment in the league.I forgot about him. I wish his numbers were as good as his defensive contribution.
My words were that Suzuki needed to step up and play like a number one. He had the ability but hadn’t been consistent. Nobody would’ve called him a number one two years ago. He did what he had to do. Stepped up and became a legit number one.Your own words were that Suzuki was good but not great for most of this season and now you're saying he's levelled up since that season. It's alright to just admit you're wrong man, we've all been there.
I said he has unfulfilled potential. And I was right.Hes improved every year as a pro...
and
You underestimated him for years
I dont agree. Savard has his warts, but offensively hes pretty top notch, hes just let down by his skating and cardio a lot.And better puck handling/passing. Savard carries the puck like a grenade at times.
Ordinarily, I’d agree. Savard has some utility in shot blocking, but outside of that, he’s a pylon. Xhekaj brings a physical edge, knocking heads, etc,.`- lately, he hasn't been much better than Savard in his own zone. At least Savard’s been doing what little he can, blocking shots since the start of this road trip. Xhekaj, on the other hand, didn’t even do his thing - he was practically invisible in the Blues game. Habs could have use him then. A bit of time off might give him a chance to pounder things; he can come back when he's ready to do his thing.Xhekaj out while Savard is still in is f***ing bullshit
You said a lot of other things that were wrong then and definitively wrong in hindsight.I said he has unfulfilled potential. And I was right.
Gallagher is mad because he's bald
because it's late in the third in a close game and refs feel like that by calling a penalty they're impacting the game too much. they don't realize not calling it is actually the issue. Why don't they call that? it's an automatic
