Yes, not even close.Hutson and Suzuki are neck-in-neck for our MVP. It goes to Suzuki, obviously, but Hutson's been a massssssssssive factor.
If I had to list our MVPs it would go
Suzuki
Hutson
-gap-
Caufield
Laine
(and I guess Matheson?)
Having an offensively threatening 2nd line should make this look like a completely different team next season. We need secondary scoring NOW.
Or maybe Caufield can wake up.
Absolutely. But you saw how he put the team in his back last year. He drove the play and others followed. A huge jump from where he was before.Hutson and 2nd half Slaf are excellent linemates.
I forgot about him. I wish his numbers were as good as his defensive contribution.Yes, not even close.
Id have Guhle 3rd despite his injuries.
Better than gambling ads.I do not like these political campaign ads during my hockey game.
Your own words were that Suzuki was good but not great for most of this season and now you're saying he's levelled up since that season where you said Cozens is a better player. It's alright to just admit you're wrong man, we've all been there.Sure. Nobody disputes that. But his play is much better than it was.
No crow to be eaten. He’s leveled up.
Hes improved every year as a pro...He wasn’t producing consistently even when CC was scoring. He’s a better player. It’s not just linemates.
Look at last season, first half he played at his usual pace - second half he lit it up. Same linemates. He just turned it on.
Good things happen when you put 2 elite players together. The upgrade in linemates is the biggest reason why he's levelled up. You're not scoring a PPG pace playing with RHP and Ylonen. That's what I've been telling you for years and you keep ignoring it.
