The upgrade in linemates is the biggest reason why he's levelled up. You're not scoring a PPG pace playing with RHP and Ylonen. That's what I've been telling you for years and you keep ignoring it.

Xhekaj’s also still young and a late bloomer who needs some coaching and playing time. Big guys can take time, especially on D. He won’t necessarily get much better, but it’s too early to give up.

The upgrade in linemates is the biggest reason why he's levelled up. You're not scoring a PPG pace playing with RHP and Ylonen. That's what I've been telling you for years and you keep ignoring it.

Id say the biggest upgrade is Hutson. The defense was non-existant offensively.

He wasn’t producing consistently even when CC was scoring. He’s a better player. It’s not just linemates.

Look at last season, first half he played at his usual pace - second half he lit it up. Same linemates. He just turned it on.

Thank God Hutson fell to us.

Habs had to game the system. 2022 didn't have a franchise player at 1st OA so they needed to get two players of equal value

Without him our rebuild wouldn't be anywhere near where it is now.

Hutson and Suzuki are neck-in-neck for our MVP. It goes to Suzuki, obviously, but Hutson's been a massssssssssive factor.

Reinbacher is basically Savard but with great skating.

Tortorella has become a parody of himself, feuding with and benching his best players. Michkov has been way better since he got dumped.
