GDT: Game 72(?) : Kraken vs Flames - Klapka might be an actual giant?

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

I should say “attempted check” because he whiffed badly

He whiffed badly twice... This team needs some actual D men if they want to compete for a lofty WC spot next year.

Tbf it looks like the team got the message that points are not welcome anymore.

Dunn literally passes the puck to no one for one of the strangest turnovers of the year.

They spent the first minute of the PP coughing up shorthanded chances then started working it around pretty nicely.

Hope our power play clicks here because we are doing nothing five on five.

Schwartz ties it up. Hopefully things pick up from here.

If I was Calgary I would be so miffed that the score is tied. LOL.

Tbh Calgary aren't much better than the Kraken. Francis is right about the Kraken being close to a WC spot (but in a cynical way), lots of weak/flawed teams around the WC spots.

There are 4, possibly 5 forwards that I'd easily slot in ahead of literally anyone on the Kraken roster. I dont know how anyone could argue they arent much better.
