PK under Paul Maurice was absolutely awful (31st in PK%, 30th in Net PK%)
PK since Dave Lowry is a much more respectable middle of the league (17th in PK%, 10th in Net PK%)

We need a coach like the Colorado coach, as he's done a very good job developing this team over the last 5-6 years. I like the Toronto coach as well. We don't have to hire an expensive ex- NHL coach, that wouldn't do any better.

That’s been one of the few noticeable changes Lowry has made. Right from game one he got the team to pressure the puck.
I wish some of us here would have thought of that!
