I'm guessing that they're trying to get the Jets out of the mentality that has them holding onto the puck forever for the perfect shot and ending up horribly outshot every game. Somehow that's become shoot from literally everywhere in the offensive zone and at any time.
Gone from one extreme to the other, everything's from the perimeter or with zero pressure.

It's kind of hard to tell. We're playing well, moving it around decently and getting good zone time but there is a lack of confidence or something and no killer edge. We're not really setting up any serious chances
