GDT: GAME 70 | Senators @ Sabres | The Prodigal Son Returns Edition | Tue Mar 25 2025, 7PM | TSN5, RDS2

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server

Since there is no Norris, I say no mercy and just give it to the Sabres.

Of course it's easier said than done as Buffalo not only are dominating the Sens this season, but they are playing with house money with no worries about having to make it to the playoffs. The Sens should know that, have some pride and redeem themselves against their divisional foes.

Ullmark gets the rest, Tkachuk is playing but he is likely under time management when the team has the lead.

Amadio got rewarded for his wonderful play by getting demoted to play with useless players in Highmore and Gaudette. Can't wait for Nick Cousins to return soon (I think his timeline was early-to-mid April).

Pinto is due for a goal like Drew Doughty was due a Norris. I think Giroux playmaking will help this line.

Stutzle needs to shoot a lot in this game, get the goal scoring started as he is passing on opportunities too much (likely due to some nagging injury).

Cozens and Bathman will have a strong game, think Cozens gets another goal tonight.

Can't wait to clinch so that key players can be rested for the playoffs.

Go Sens GO!

Buffalo is known as the armpit of the East, although that seems to be an unnecessarily limited title. I’ve seen nothing elsewhere to indicate it has any challenges for national honors

How furious is Keith Tkachuk right now that he has to go on a road trip to Ottawa, Buffalo, Detroit and Ottawa?

He's going to have to be drunk the entire time.

  • Haha
Reactions: Relapsing
"Let's go to Ottawa."

- No one, ever
I have scoured the internet, and I can 100% verify that indeed, no one has ever said "Lets go to Ottawa."

The best I got is:

My family was a good family, I had a great Canadian education and I came up in a great, little town like Ottawa

- Paul Anka

Which frankly, feels a little backhanded. Turns out, Paul Anka might be a bit of a dick.
