I assume you mean the Canadiens and not Canes, with which I agree (although, honestly, I feel like Montreal WOULD beat us in a 7 game series atm, but that's after an embarrassing in game 6).
Rangers are blessed.... Game 6 was the best thing that could have happened to them... Their play was so horrendous that even they cant say a good thing about it... This plays greatly for game 7....as they will not get embarrassed again....playing at home....pride on the line.... Game 7 will be the Rangers best game of the series.... That includes all players...even Nash....LGR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, Canadiens, lol. Sometimes I forget that Canes is short for the Carolina Hurricanes.
Also, it would be nice if they stop going to game 7's. Even if they win tomorrow, and beat the Pens in 7. They'll end up being gassed for the ECF once again.

Here come the chok-e-mon, after last night's jok-e-mon, the Rangers got smok-e-mon'd and nearly gave me a strok-e-mon. They're going for brok-e-mon and need to invok-e-mon a much better effort against the Flyers who have awok-e-mon.
I'm disappointed about last night as well, like the vast majority of the posters, but let's all relax, and be honest. We TOTALLY stunk for 1 period, from the goalie on out, including AV. When its 3-0, I think you call a time out, to at least try to change the flow of the game.
They need to get back to the sound system they've been playing all year, and hope that Hank plays like Hank, and that they score first to calm the nerves and play with confidence. One more thing, no STUPID penalties please.

The problem with that line of thinking is that if we trade our 1st every year (and for the record, MSL will cost us 2 1st round picks if we make the ECF), we aren't going to make the ECF every year, and last time I checked, they don't award the Stanley Cup to teams who just make it to the ECF.
Regardless, we're 1 game from making it to the 2nd round. We're also 1 game from going home. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Yes, let's nitpick a hypothetical situation.
I'm basing it off the fact that losing our 2014 1st round pick will mean, and only mean, that we have made the Eastern Conference Finals.
My hypothetical was built off the assumption that in this false world, losing that 1st round pick would grant us access to the ECF built off the previous assumption in paragraph 2 of this post.
How anyone can be upset after making the ECF because we lose a 1st round pick is beyond me. Even if we lose that series.
OH MY GOD, THERE GOES THE 27TH OVERALL PICK IN THE DRAFT! What in heavens will we ever doooooooooooo. Let's forget the fact that we were four (probably less if we're in the series) wins away from the SCF.

They have to try something different on the PP. I'd advocate bringing Diaz in but the two worst defenseman have been McShoulder and Girarderp so you can't really bench anyone else. They could dress 7 I suppose. Either way the PP is stale and they need to change it up.

Why does Pittsburgh always have a rough time against Philly? Because they easily lose their composure and they are easily egged into getting a penalty.
Rangers have played disciplined, for the most part..but it's still such a ****ing moot point when this team can't capitalize on their chances. It's gotten so bad that I now just wish they could gain entry into the offensive zone without it being such an impossible obstacle.

this series is over, we will choke tonight, this team just does not have what it takes to win....henrik is overated and not a playoff competitor...richter was the best goalie this franchise ever had. if henrik was in net for game 6 vs the devils in 1994 we would of lost that game 6-3...henrik can beat the all the crappy teams but when it comes crunch time he chokes. have a good summer everybody
