Gibson has been trending down for a few years now. I never liked the extension, you just can't trust goalies long-term. I don't think he's outright bad now, but he's extremely ordinary. He best years, he was getting a lot of mileage out of the kind of insane athleticism you can only count on having in your early 20s.
