Ehh hopefully it is actually day to day. It didn’t look like a terrible injury on the ice, good chance it’s a sprain or just sore and needs more rest.

Either way the guy will play in the playoffs and be legendary even if his leg is broken

Yeah, if they were a bit closer, empty nets could play into it as teams push players to get empty netters if they are close to a major acheivement, but it's still far enough away that I doubt teams would focus on that unless one of them has a crazy stretch with 5 or 6 goals over a 2-3 game stretch.
