well saidIt will be a challenge to lose this one.
But I'm confident they can do it.

This is exactly where I've been last couple of months. Ok, who am I kidding? The whole season. It's been a few months and I'm still not really comfortable with my indifference towards this hockey team. I am not myself. I do think that eventually it will be for the best, as an unhealthy obsession with the Boston Bruins isn't exactly the best personality trait.
It's just weird right now.
I probably will not watch this game and I don't care if they win. It's probably best that they lose. I guess.
I'm not crazy, right? This is a strange thing to get used to for other people too? This is exactly where I've been last couple of months. Ok, who am I kidding? The whole season.
I wouldn't hate for Zadorov to force a beating on somebody again. Seeing Sam Bennett go down was the most fun I've had watching hockey in a long time, and I'm not too proud to admit it.Play like you want to win, but don't.
It's bizarre, I can't remember how many times this season I've seen a score pop up on my Alexa screen at home and I go, "huh, there was a game yesterday. Looks like I didn't miss much". Worse yet, for me: Not since TheYearsWeDontMention have I not only missed so many games but have started games and by the 2nd period I just can't give any more emotion to them and switch to Boats n' Hoes or some other mindless drivel to forget how bad we are currently. I hate it.I'm not crazy, right? This is a strange thing to get used to for other people too?
I think I've gone close to 20 years of not missing a game. If I couldn't watch it live I would record it, go into intense sensory deprivation mode and change schedules around to not be exposed to the score of a game that happened sometimes a couple days ago. All of a sudden with this season, I may have watched a few games start to finish, and a bunch of games I would start a recording off but fast forward through at least half because of how dull this team is. I have straight up not watched at least half of this season now.
Who am I?!
Yeah, I can't remember missing the amount of games I have this year. I went like 3 straight years without missing a single game. Now it's almost background noise. It's bizarre, I can't remember how many times this season I've seen a score pop up on my Alexa screen at home and I go, "huh, there was a game yesterday. Lineups look the exact same. They’re seriously going to just trot out Patrick Brown again, aren’t they?
Not likely, but ... never say never
There is no way the Bruins can finish last in the Atlantic with a 10-point lead over Buffalo, but the Sabres have three games in hand, and the Bs are going west and have to play in Buffalo in April.
Probably won't see any changes until they are technically out of playoff contention, if then. But they do a have a few prospects then need to take a longer look at - at the NHL level. They do need a look but the negative is exposing them to this mess. And then there is fan expectations that these prospects should somehow cure what problems Boston currently has, - leave them be until the pressure is off. Right now they are in a playoff push with Providence which is a positive experience for them. They’re seriously going to just trot out Patrick Brown again, aren’t they?
Beating Bennett had meaning, anyone else not so much.I wouldn't hate for Zadorov to force a beating on somebody again. Seeing Sam Bennett go down was the most fun I've had watching hockey in a long time, and I'm not too proud to admit it.
But yes, then just lose the game

Beecher still brings a modicum of value as a defense first faceoff guy on the 4th line. Why are Beecher and Brown still on the roster, let alone in the starting lineup?
Sacco needs to pair Mittelstadt with Pasta, and Geekie with Lindholm? What is he afraid of? That the Bruins might get a handful of shots on goal in the second period?
