This was bound to happen the way Lindgren plays and how often he gets banged up. Fluke injury sure but lots of posters saw this coming. Lets not pretend he doesn't get drilled regularly and way more than any other Ranger.

So we should have dumped him because he plays tough? He plays tough and overcomes a lot of injuries. That was a fluke-type injury that doesn't happen often, thankfully.

It’s such a flawed way of looking at hockey. It’s not ok at all to suck so heinously that you nuke the entire teams ability to create offense and score goals by just stepping on the ice. That’s a 3rd pair guy at best, and only with excellent defense impacts which Lindgren doesn’t even have this year
