GDT: GAME 68 | AVS @ SENS | One Foot In Front Of The Other - Avalanche, Matt Good | You Made Me Turn This Into A GDT Edition

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
We look....gassed.
No legs
Can't make a pass
Standing around watching playing defense.

Hard to watch atm.
Not sure why we're tired having had a day off. Maybe we're on too many podcasts or something
The Av's are the one's that played last night... and yet they are skating circles around the Sens, literally and figuratively!

So Colorado is supposed to be the tired team? They look like they’ve been shot out of a cannon, meanwhile the Sens are stuck in mud.

Did Green bag skate them after the MTL game?

The Sens are not good enough to win on talent alone. They just played a bunch of emotional games, won all but one and tonight they seem mentally spent. That and the fact that replacing Jensen with Hamonic is a huge drop off.
I wouldn't be surprised if they lose to the Devils on Saturday before they get back on a winning streak.

Avs should have beat the leafs last night as they outplayed them and came into this game super pissed and motivated. Not surprised that it's a beat down.

Travis Green needs to be open with the media and explain why his team didn’t show up today. This isn’t just a bad game. They are completely unprepared and unable to compete.
I just hope he will finally change up his stale line combos that have been looking worse with each passing game lately.

Yeah, the fact that Colorado played last night makes this pathetic. We should be running this team through the boards and punishing them physically.

I haven't seen any of the game so far it will have to be a pvr game for me although I know the score so far. I'm hoping it's not one of those Ullmark forgot how to tend goal games. It would be disappointing to see that he's not a clutch goalie but is more of a up and down one like a backup usually is. Maybe he's not at fault but 5 goals so far man that's scary hope they were not all against him.

Ullmark could have had a couple but guys in our zone are giving way too much time and space.

It's a good thing we have a few points in the bank. In most circumstances, this would've been the game that kills our playoff chances.
