Dissapeared in a big game

Tkachuk was just as bad.

Had some weak shots on net and failed chances to score, but just brought zero energy all game.

Top line as a whole disappeared when we needed them most. Incredibly disappointing.

The main issue here is poor effort and execution. Can't play 20-30 minutes a night and win consistently in this league. If we played a solid game and lost by a few bad bounces or a weak goal, it would've been easier to take.

It's not what refs call it's what they don't. There were 2 clear head shots: a late blind shoulder to the head and the other a cross check to the face. A very obvious hooking/holding clearly visible as the player tried to get to the net from the side boards in the Mtl D zone. A number of Late hits on our D etc... Too many one sided non calls to just say they were letting the players play.
