As if we don’t have it hard enough the refs are completely hosing us tonight. That call on Rempe is all time bad, that defenseman was pushing him backwards as if it was one of those drills coaches run where you push your teammate and he resists backwards. Full on driving Rempe like 10 feet, if anything it’s interference on the D. It wasn’t a bang bang play where Rempe fell on him while being in tight, Rempe wouldn’t even have been there if that guy didn’t drive him there.

Zac Jones is not going to be anything more than maybe a 6D in the NHL, most likely in Europe in a few years. He’s not going to leave and flourish somewhere else in the league.

He’s not a good enough skater to make up for his size, he’s not good defensively, he’s poor in his own zone and in transition against. Even puck moving and the PP, he’s not good enough at those. He’s not good enough at the things he’s good at to be an effective player.

He defers too much on the pp, maybe that's what the staff is telling him but he needs to walk in with it from time to time, he can't just walk around the blueline the whole pp

Nah that trade was ok. Only real issue was the condition being ECF and not SCF. I would have liked to have kept Barron,
but well worth the gamble IMO, and if Copp had have stayed healthy, who knows...
