GDT: Game 65: New York Rangers @ Winnipeg Jets, 8pm ET, MSG

  • Xenforo Cloud is doing server maintenance Thurdsay 13th at 9 AM GMT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. We expect to have this issue solved once the maintenance is complete.
  • We are currently aware of "log in/security error" issues that are affecting some users. We apologize and ask for your patience as we try to get these issues fixed.

Berard scratched for Kaliyev. Really?? This is dumb. Berard should go down to the AHL if he’s not going to play everyday. At least Othmann is still in the lineup
One you’ve committed so many fireable offenses in one season, what’s another drop in the proverbial bucket? Am I right, Big Pete?

Highlight of the game has already come and gone - Arneil opened his pre-game presser with a shout out to Mr Rosen.

All downhill from here.

MSG should let Sam and Joe drink, heavily, during the third period.

If we score the first goal, let’s pound their asses but if we get scored on, I want to collapse like a mother answering the door to a police officer holding his hat in hand at three in the morning

Lots of talk of Philly firing Torts, pls hire him
why has the League not been able to find the 'next' Torts? He seems to keep getting roles because no-one else can be a 'hard arse' and 'hold players accountable', but his one Cup was over 20 years ago and his last trip past the 2nd round was over a decade ago.
Surely there's someone out there who can bring at least most of what he brings, but is younger and not totally resistant to change?

To be fair he went to some pretty shit teams, he hasn't been coaching any elite talent. I feel like he is the exact type of coach to shake things up and get us over the hump

He's not a bad coach by any stretch, it just amazes me that only League-wide answer to 'needs accountability' is Torts and has been for a long time
